RSOP and Access Denied

I have been looking for a solution to a problem I've been sing for quite some time now. I finally stumbled across the answer.

The problem was that, any time I used the Resultant Set of Policy MMC (rsop.msc), on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server, I would receive an Access Denied error when starting the console.

The solution was to recompile the scersop.mof file in the C:\Windows\System32\wbem directory using the following command:

mofcomp scersop.mof
